Special Events
Consecration of our Nation to the Sacred Heart of Jesus – On Friday, June 12, 2026, the Solemnity of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, as part of the celebration of the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence, the US bishops will consecrate the United States of America to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Parishes around the country will join the bishops in celebrating this consecration.
We as a parish family will consecrate our Nation to the Sacred Heart during the 7:15 AM Mass on June 12th. The consecration prayer cards will be made available for you to bring home and to join in the consecration from home (for those who cannot be present in the church on that day). You are most welcome to participate in the Eucharistic Adoration from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Rectory Chapel.
Summer Outreach Program – Donna Finnerman, who oversees “Brian’s Bag” for the homeless is requesting the following products to support our homeless brothers and sisters:
Bars of soap (large size)
Wash cloths
Deodorants for men and women
Tee Shirts for men (medium and large sizes)
Underwear for both men and women (sm and med for women; med and large for men)
Your outstanding generosity to our less fortunate brothers and sisters is most grateful. Thank you for all you do to help those in need.
Boxes will be at all Church entrances. Returns by Sunday, June 28th.
Based on new guidelines by the Hartford Archdiocese all Mass Intentions must be paid for at the time of booking. If a request is made and NOT paid, the Mass Intention will be removed from the calendar. All Masses are $15.00.
