Special Events

Summer Outreach Program – Donna Finnerman, who oversees “Brian’s Bag” for the homeless is requesting the following products to support our homeless brothers and sisters:

Bars of soap (large size)

Wash cloths

Deodorants for men and women

Tee Shirts for men (medium and large sizes)

Underwear for both men and women (sm and med for women; med and large for men)

Your outstanding generosity to our less fortunate brothers and sisters is most grateful. Thank you for all you do to help those in need.

Boxes will be at all Church entrances. Returns by Sunday, June 28th.

Based on new guidelines by the Hartford Archdiocese all Mass Intentions must be paid for at the time of booking. If a request is made and NOT paid, the Mass Intention will be removed from the calendar. All Masses are $15.00.

The Summer Book Club will be reading two books: Joe B. and Francis the journey and the dream. Please register with Joan Reilly 203.442.3123 (call or text with your name). The cost of both books is $30 and must be ordered through Joan by May 20th. The Joe B. books can also be ordered by Joan for $10 each and there are a number of St. Francis books that can be loaned out. To obtain your own books – Joe B. is available on Amazon and Francis the journey and the dream is available at Ascension Press. A Wine/Beer and Cheese Social Book discussion will be held in late September (dates TBA).
